Refund/Exchange Policy

At Gleam Hide, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that certain situations may require returns or exchanges. Please review the following guidelines for returning or exchanging products:

  1. Return Timeline: Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Condition of Returned Goods: Returned items must be in their original, unused condition. Ensure all original packaging, including price tags and invoices, is intact. Items should be returned in their designated product box, not the shipping box.
  3. Shipping Costs: Currently, we do not provide return labels or shipping services. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Processing Time: Refunds or exchanges are processed within 10 days of receiving the returned items. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method or replaced with a product of equal value.
  5. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Quick Strike (QS), limited edition, and brand collaboration items are not eligible for return or exchange.
    • Purchases of three or more units of the same product cannot be returned or refunded.
    • Exceptions to these rules are at the discretion of Gleam Hide.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancellation Period: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations requested after 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
  3. Shipped Orders: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
