At Gleam Hide, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction, and we understand that there may be occasions when returns or exchanges are necessary. Please review the following guidelines for returning goods:

  • Items must be returned within 10 days from the delivery date.
  • Buyers are responsible for ensuring that returned goods are in resalable condition. This means the items must be unused, with all original packaging including the attached price tag and the original invoice. The product must be returned in its designated box and not the shipping box.

Please note that we do not provide return labels/return shipping services at this time, and customers are responsible for all shipping charges.

Refunds/exchanges will be processed within 10 days after we receive the returned goods. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or as a replacement product.

Certain products, such as Quick Strike (QS), limited edition, and brand collaboration items, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Exceptions to this policy are made at the sole discretion of Gleam Hide.

Items purchased in quantities of three or more of the same product are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • Cancellations after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
